Wheelchair Access
Accessible seating is available at shows marked with the Wheelchair Accessible symbol. Additional assistance may be required at Melbourne Town Hall. There is no wheelchair access at Uptown Jazz Café, Dizzy's Jazz Club or Lido Jazz Room.

Assistive Listening
Sound amplification systems are available for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Performances that have this available will be marked with the assistive hearing symbol. For assistance please see venue staff.

Highly Visual
Performances marked with the highly visual symbol have little or no spoken word and are suitable for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or speak a language other than English.

Auslan Interpreted
Performances marked with the Auslan Interpreted symbol are suitable for people who are deaf and communicate using Australian Sign Language (Auslan).

Companion Card
MIJF offers a second ticket at no cost to Companion Card holders for all Festival-managed events – phone or in-person bookings only.
